Welcome to Technoflow! These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our process orchestration and workflow automation platform. By registering an account, integrating our API, or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of Service

Technoflow grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access our platform for your corporate operations.

• Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring that all users on your corporate plan use the platform in accordance with local data regulations.
• Account Security: You must maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. You are liable for all actions taken under your account.
• Prohibited Actions: You may not copy, reverse-engineer, modify, or attempt to disable the core logic, security systems, or database layers of our platform.

2. Subscriptions, Billing, & Cancellations

Technoflow offers trial access, paid monthly, and yearly subscriptions:

• Billing: You agree to provide accurate, valid billing details. Paid subscriptions are charged periodically on the date of activation.
• Fee Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing tires, giving you at least 30 days notice of any billing adjustments.
• Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription plan at any time via your account dashboard. Subscriptions remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are provided for partial periods.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All designs, interface code, brand logos, logic builders, rule engine configurations, database systems, and software assets on the Technoflow platform are the exclusive property of Technoflow and its licensors. Your use of the service does not grant you ownership of any platform assets or code blocks.

4. Data Ownership & Security

You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights to any case information, metadata templates, custom variables, and workflow processes you upload or build within the system. Technoflow implements industry-standard cloud encryption, SCIM policies, and secure data storage to shield your information.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Technoflow is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the workflow builder canvas will be entirely error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every custom corporate API.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Technoflow, its directors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, our process orchestration engine, including lost profits, data loss, or server downtime.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Karnataka, India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Bengaluru, India.
